Prophecies is only considered easiest when you have heroes involved, with the right builds.
Lots of factors actually effect the judgement of each campaign. For instance, many people have voiced certain frustrations with the Factions map (due to the Skyway area, mostly) and areas being impossible to plan a route. Also, Noob Island is quite the drag. Nightfall however brings along heroes you can customise easily, and provide a much more enjoyable campaign, albeit a little tough when it comes to the Realm of Torment. But I would still agree, easiest campaign is Prophecies by far because you can ultimately skip the western part (Maguuma Jungle areas) and run down to Sanctum Cay and head straight to the desert. This and the AI/skills used are old and defunct, "high end" missions aren't hard because they're not level 28 monsters (Only titans will be fun to play around with) and groups are small and spaced out heavily. We're speaking about a campaign designed for gamers 5 years ago with no experience lol. |

Factions is the easiest and fastest to complete.
Back before I even knew how to play I beat it in literally 1 day. |

If you know what you're doing, Factions is the quickest. If you don't, Prophecies may be quicker as it's easier. If you think skipping 75% of the content counts as complete then Prophecies would definitely be quickest.

If you plan on completing the whole thing Factions is by far the quickest and easiest.
You could however get run to Iron Mines of Moladune and then you could 'finish' Prophecies in 5 missions (Iron Mines, THK, Ring of Fire, Abbadon's Mouth and Hell's Precipice). xPc. |

Ok thx, i ask this because i gonna start a new character, and want to know what easiest one is to start in. In my main character, i am: done with factions, about 6/8's of the way through nightfall, and about 3/8's of the way trhough prophecies. So i only really know the speed of factions, since i havent finished the other two yet.

Agreed Factions, you can get through the missions to the end fastest but then You only have to do Luxon or Kurzic to finish not both.

even not skipping missions if u dont care about some of the story u can skip all the primary quests and just do the missions. when i remade my sin i just ran myself to each mission and i think i did the entire thing in nm in 2-3 days of light playing. in nf and factions there are a lot of extra quests that u need to do to advance. if u want to play straight through though factions or nf would be better bec in prof u lvl sooo slow.

IMO, factions. It's fast and if you feel lazy you can get run thru the shiro killing. Only difficult one there is Raisu.
After that, Proph which is a drag (more missions and I HATE the jungle) and then NF. Sure you get heroes, but its counterbalanced by later missions. |

I'd actually say Nightfall. It's long per se, but you get heroes - and those heroes make doing missions much easier, while being without them makes the shorter Prophecies and Factions harder to do.

not really... a few posts up when I said I beat Factions in a day, it was before Nightfall even came out. So heros aren't really needed for the other games to be easy.

I realize you're asking about the game right now, but here's my historical perspective, since I played each campaign as it was released:
Prophecies is long and slow if you plan to actually play through the whole thing. But I guess it's pretty easy considering, especially since you can skip so much of it. When I first played through it though, it could be a nightmare in parts. Having to find a monk or rely on Alesia was often a bigger challenge than the missions themselves. Factions is likely the fastest, some of the missions take only minutes if not seconds, like killing Shiro. Some healers had trouble with the Afflicted back in the day, but that isn't really as much of an issue anymore. I remember having some issues with Nightfall when it came out, but that was because I was working a lot that first week and was essentially "left behind" by my guild and forced to pug it up to the Realm of Torment. Still, with the heroes, skill and gameplay improvements, and my own increased skill by that point, I felt it was the easiest overall. |
